Return Eligibility
We accept returns and refunds within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- Products must be unused and in original, unopened packaging with all seals intact
- Items must be in their original condition with original labels and tags attached
- For cosmetic products, this means the packaging has not been opened or tampered with
- Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for opened, partially used, or unsealed cosmetic products.
How to Request a Return

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product in original packaging
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item
- Ship the product back to us in original packaging with tracking information
- Upon receipt and verification, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened, damaged, or used cosmetic products
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
- Products without original packaging or seals
- Custom or personalized orders (if applicable)
- Items purchased more than 14 days ago
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved and received:
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
- We will not be responsible for packages lost during return shipping
- In case of defective products due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
- Provide your order number and a description of the defect
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately
- We may request the item for quality assessment before processing a replacement
Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be cancelled if requested before they are dispatched. Once your order has shipped, it must go through our standard return and refund process.
To cancel an order:
- Contact info@lavishenhancement.com immediately with your order number
- Include “Order Cancellation Request” in the subject line
- We will process cancellations within 24 hours if the order has not yet shipped
Promotional Products & Discounts
Items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes are subject to the same return policy. However, refunds will be based on the discounted price paid, not the original retail price.
